Break problems in my Ford Taurus 1999?

I think I might need to bleed my breaks but I'm not sure.
I'll push my breaks all the way to the floor and it still won't stop completely. It still slowly stops as if I'm barely pushing on them. And the pressure is really hard. So I have no idea, what do I need to do?

You should bleed the brake fluid and refil it. If that doesn't work maybe invest in new brake pads on the tires.

First check the fluid in the master cylinder. If low fill you can bleed the brakes but I think the master is shot. Air in the lines would feel ok when pressed real light but then fade as you press harder and should hit the floor.
