2002 Ford Taurus running rough?
My '02 Taurus 3.0L just started running and idling very rough with vibrations under acceleration which were not previously present. The car now has very little acceleration power from a stop or from speed. No check engine light yet but it almost feels like a miss fire. Any clues on what the problem could be?
Might be a clogged cat don't know just guessing maybe you should have a mechanic look at it.
I own a 2003 ford taurus and it was idling rough at stop lights, and it turns out I had 3 vacuum leaks in my engine block, I welded them up and runs great. But it could be many different things, could also be the catalytic converter.
