2007 Ford Taurus rough idle and dies of I don't put my foot on the gas?

I have a 2007 Ford Taurus that has a very rough idle but once I get to 30 miles per hour or so everything is fine.
Since this started my battery is always dead when I go to start my car. I've replaced the ignition coil and the wires cause autozone said that was the problem. But it still is acting the same way. The car dies when in idle and I don't know what else to do. Any help is appreciated.

It could be something as simple as clogged idle air bypass which would cost almost nothing to fix - a squirt of carb cleaner and a twist of a brush.

Don't let Autozone staff diagnose problems. They are not trained mechanics. The diagnosis system they use is "throw parts at it." They are in business to sell parts. If replacing one part doesn't work, buy another part and install it. If that doesn't work, buy another part and install it, if that doesn't work… Get the idea?

Go back to Autozone and have them read the OBD codes. I understand that they do this for free. If there's no code, you are going to need someone savvy enough to be able to figure out if it is a fuel, spark, compression problem or a problem related to timing or something like EGR or some other system.
