1997 Ford Taurus Windows Won't Roll Up?

2 days ago i left school and rolled down all my windows because it was hot, i park in front of my girlfriends house and an hour later we leave again, i left all 4 windows down and when we got to where we were going we tried to roll all the windows up and the passenger window wouldn't move, i hear clicking, no motor sound tho, one by one all 4 windows stopped rolling up, this morning my drivers window and one of the back windows decided to start working again. I don't know for how long tho. Any answers?

Well, my first thought is electrical. Since you hear a clicking noise but nothing happens I would fist replace the solenoid that controls the windows. Not sure where it is(usually under the dash) but follow the clicking noise till you see a bank of solenoids (again usually). Put your finger on the solenoid covers and you will be able to feel the click. Unplug it and go to your local auto pats store, buy a replacement and plug it in. Your troubles should be over.
