If the computer or fuel pump relay isn't working, the eec relay is the first thing to check. Its usually mounted close to the computer or in the passenger/driver side kick panel. When you turn the ignition key on, the eec relay is energized and It supplies ignition on voltage to the ecm, injectors, solenoids, and fuel pump relay. The ac wot cutout relay is mounted on the passenger or driver side strut tower area usually. It temporarily shuts the ac compressor clutch off when the gas pedal is at wot(wide open throttle)so the vehicle will have full engine power for accelerating and passing. The fuel pump relay energizes the fuel pump for 2-5 seconds, shuts off, then re-energizes once the ecm detects the engine is turning. The crank sensor and ignition module signals are detected
