Added (1). I have fuel pressure gauge, turn the key to ON first time and get 10 psi, second turn ON I get 50 psi,
third turn on I get 60 psi.
Is fuel pump shot?

When you turn the key on and the pressure stuck at 10 psi or anything that less than 60 psi, while still KOEO, use a rubber mallet and hit the bottom of the tank. If the pressure come up to par, i would replace both the regulator and the fuel pump due to the age.
