An engine needs 3 things to operate - fuel, air, and spark… A guess for your vehicle is: is fuel getting to the carb or efi unit? You may want to get a manual to help

HI as it is a specialised diagnostics equipment used the owner has not the equipment to do this. Only the service agent would have to have purchased this equipment in the past. As fuel pressure is very high. Messing with it has caused mechanics to loose hands and arms as they become infected with the fuel under such high pressure. So you can't mess with it. A figure of some 3-4000 bar pressure is common which in real terms is 14 times that pressure in P.S.I. So that is 42,000 to 56,000 psi.
so don't mess with it get them to check it out.
