IMy ford F150 with a 302 is getting gas it looks like and spark. But will not start. I chaned the Deastribter also and put in new plugs
Keep changing things until something happens. I'm reminded of the fellow who got a flat tire and changed tires until he found out which one it was.
Why did you change the distributor? When you put the new one in, did you perhaps put it 180 degrees from the correct position?
There are too many parts that will keep an engine from starting. You should mention the year of the truck. Did you check the ignition fuses? How do you know it's getting fuel and spark? Why did you change the distributor? You need to follow a troubleshooting sequence instead of just changing parts hoping to find the problem. It could be nothing more than a 25 cent fuse.
