My 2003 ford windstar won't start?

You need to list exactly what symptoms you're having. Does the starter turn over but it just won't start, does the starter not turn over at all, or does it turn over, start and run then die? If it turns over but won't start, try this.Remove the air intake hose from the throttle body, spray carb cleaner or starting fluid into tb opening, reattach hose, try to start engine. If it starts and runs for a few seconds then dies, you have a No Fuel problem. If it doesn't start at all, you have a No Spark problem. If the starter doesn't turn over at all, it could be loose or corroded connections at either end of battery cables, defective or low charged battery, starter, neutral safety switch, ignition switch, or a bad fuse or relay. If it turns over fine, these components are ok except for maybe the ignition switch. No fuel problem could be caused by a blown fuse, bad fuel pump relay, fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, bad fuel pressure regulator, no injector pulse, or leaking injector
