Which would be a better choice for a sports car: a Mustang GT or a Corvette c6?

The mustang gt is 2005-2008ish, and the corvette c6 is 2005-2007ish. I'm leaning to the corvette since they're worth more money and I always have been a fan of corvettes, but then the mustang can fit 4 people while the vette only seats two.

Which would be the better choice?

Get the vette. If you get the right one ( ZO6 ) But the Mustang can't hold a candle To the corvette Unless it is a shelby Even then The corvette is the LAST Good thing GM makes. But Get the ZO6 Since 2005 give or take a couple years Its been the best bang for the buck. Even naturally aspirated They kick a$$ out of the box, off the show room floor and for the money its a great package You can easily find one in great shape, low miles and it'll still beat the hell out of the mustang.People can talk trash but the vette even puts most euro sports cars to shame Cars that cost 5 times more off the show room floor THe Zo6 either outdoes them and if not it barely lost again to fancy sports cars that cost alot more the mustang though good has never has done that even the cobra, shelby ( new or old ) , Boss, etc etc none of them has or had the distinction of clowning so many other cars even if its outclassed it still spanked alot of cars whether foreign or domestic the vette is a strong contender and has been and most likely will be Yet all with a push rod motor. I had 3 cobra mustangs even the cobra R ( I still have the cobra R a 93 ) and i have a 2005 50th anniversary Z06 and there both great But ford with there DOHC time bombs ( i had one BRIEFLY ) and GM proved you do not have to make an interference V8 DOHC wallet bleeding money grubbing V8 like that to have fun Sure there are benefits But unless your going to dump a boat load of cash building the Ford motor Then the advantages are just not there Sure it can get wild cam specs But it'll take money The vette Especially the Zo6 ( the ZR1 was again dropped But when it was out Every one still loved the Zo6 a lil more ) MY opinion find a clean Mid 2000's ( 05 and up ) I think it is a better car than the mustang and honestly it used to be the vette just outclassed the mustang and the camaro ( Long before GM killed it when it was still a strong contender the new one… I hate it Thats where the mustang shines against the camaro.GM LS series engines are superior to anyones elses But the rest of the car is questionable Except the vette It one thing they never tampered with, or cut costs on and in my eyes its the only good thing GM still makes Everything else they make is… Well the reputation that made GM so loved… Died years ago The vette is there only worthwhile car and its still for its price a top contender if not winner of most cars and euro sports cars, german you name it the vette holds its own GET THE VETTE The "nutstain " has never in its history been able to compete with the vette its not a sports car and On every level from engineering to quality The vette STOMPS the "nutstain" in every category them HATERS give a thumbs down cause they simply can't accept the truth both are money pits with high insurance The Mustang will be more reliable.

And Corvettes are sort of hairy-chest-gold-chain cars. Are you ok with that? If you are looking for a "sports" car, then the 'vette is the only choice; the 'stang is NOT a sports car!
