Will ford ever give the Mustang an exotic sports car look?

For example; Ferrari, Porsche, Mazarati, Lamborghini, Lotus
And how can i suggest this to the Ford Motor Company?

Hi so what is a FORD GT40 exactly if it is not just this. The 40 inch roof line should be a giveaway. Low and sleek. True we do produce it here in the united kingdom. But it is an american car. Ford V8 engine. Gerry anderson the man who made the puppets for the thunderbird series had one and his mate they used to race them out of henley on thames where we have a regatta every year. Often see a police car some mile or two trying to catch them so funny blues and two tone horns going.
so time to get a grip here boy.

The Mustang is not an exotic. It's a pony car ( a name given to the class after the introduction of the original Mustang ). The term describes an affordable, compact, highly styled car with a sporty or performance-oriented image.

Those are not attributes associated with exotics. Ford already makes the GT to compete with the exotics.

But the Mustang is NOT an exotic sports car. You weren't here when it started it's life as a "second car" or a "grocery getter" for the wife. In those days, people didn't buy their kids cars.

Ford already makes a car in the class you mention in your question. It is called the Ford GT and it sells for that sort of price as well.

The Mustang is made the way it is as a 2+2 as it is what sells in bigger volume.

Outside America, the design is considered to be exotic by many.
As American's, the design is not Exotic to us because it is an American car.
