What is a good American vehicle to make fast/build?
Looking around for a new car that would make a decent daily driver while still being a good mod platform for speed/acceleration.
Budget is $20k-$25k. I'm looking at a few Ford 6.4 Powerstrokes, Ford Mustang GT 4.6/5.0, Camaro SS 6.2, Silverado 6.6 duramax.
Any other suggestions? I'm not looking to do full on engine builds, just bolt-on mods(preferably kits).

No diesel engines at ll. They are not meant for speed but durability. Plus they reek of diesel and annoy the people around you.
You can't beat a Mustang, Challenger or Camaro.

- What are my chances of getting a loan from Ford for a 60K vehicle (600 credit score) and I make 98K a year? I have two credit cards both 10% utilization, and two loans approx 20K all together with payments at 350 each, rent is 600 a month and that is all I pay.
