What fuel octane should I use for 1967 ford mustang?
I'm wondering what octane I should use for my 1967 ford mustang. I've heard that the octane difference does nothing but I just want to know what you think because I really care about my car and don't care about the price difference.
Hi it is old school engines in american cars so even the new green gasoline is not the correct fuel. So how you are going to get your hands on that would be difficult.
It can really depend, if you use pump gas try mid to hi octane, since these older engines don't usually like the low grade stuff since that's not the kind of stuff they were originally built to run on… In fact in some cases if you have the original, unmodified engine you may even nee to use an additive to compensate for the fact that gasoline is now unleaded whereas it was leaded in the 60's.
- What size tires would a 1967 ford f100 have? I've got the truck and ready to work on it only problem is that its tires have gone bad so I can't drag it to a workshop to even start working on it. The truck is a Ford F-100 3/8 ton
- Buying 1967 Ford mustang? I have been wanting to buy this 67 mustang for a while now. It's a project but it shouldn t be much work. I wanted to know whether to buy it or not. I'm turning 17 and have my lisense. The car has not ran in 2 years and did run then the body work is bad but I can fix it no problem. I live in Denver Colorado. Should I buy it. I have the money. But I'm not sure if it would be a good car as a first.

- Will I cause any damage if I use my manual fuel cutoff/shutdown as a throttle while I investigate why my actual throttle is stuck at full Had my cav rotary injection pump fixed on a diesel Ford tractor. The throttle is not operating correctly (stays at full throttle), is it going to hurt anything to use my manual fuel cutoff as a throttle while I investigate the issue.
