What size tires would a 1967 ford f100 have?
I've got the truck and ready to work on it only problem is that its tires have gone bad so I can't drag it to a workshop to even start working on it. The truck is a Ford F-100 3/8 ton
We can't guess, you'll have to read the size from the side of the tire. Tow companies have tilt beds that they can winch your car onto. Give them a call. It's free if you have AAA insurance.
or take the wheels off and haul them down to the tire shop.
There's NO SUCH THING as an F-100 3/8 ton. All F-100s were rated as 1/2 ton pickups. If all you are looking for right now is tires that will allow you to tow the truck into a workshop, then pretty much ANY 15 inch wheel and tire would work. Just try to find some used tires that are all about the same size. You can worry about GOOD tires once you get the rest of the truck up and running again.

- Can 225/70R16 tires fit on rims that have 225/70r14 tires on them? I have 225/70r14 tires on my Ford ranger. I just got some 225/70r16 tires of the same brand, Cooper, given to me. Will they fit on the 225/70r14 rims or do I need to get rims to fit the 225/70r16.
- What size of good normal tires would replace 305/40/r22's? I basically understand tire dimensions but I need a little guidance with this one -I have 22's right now, one of them got shredded up and I was gonna replace them anyway, with "regular" tires with more air space in them, since I'm carrying stuff in the back pretty frequently. So I need to know what size I need. It's a 2005 Ford F150, and the wheels on it are 305/40/22. Thanks! To be clear I'm looking at wheels *and* tires, since I'd need different rims.
