Will I cause any damage if I use my manual fuel cutoff/shutdown as a throttle while I investigate why my actual throttle is stuck at full
Had my cav rotary injection pump fixed on a diesel Ford tractor. The throttle is not operating correctly (stays at full throttle), is it going to hurt anything to use my manual fuel cutoff as a throttle while I investigate the issue.
Hi it sounds like you have several faults with the fuel system.
Over revving is likely that way. Much better t ocheck & find out why the linkage is not coming back to idle. Easier t odo without the engine running.
Yup, no fuel means no "bang".
You can investigate the issue without the engine running.
- Libs keep saying the FBI needs to investigate Kavanaugh but what is there to investigate? Ford has already named witnesses and none of them know what she is talking about. What other "evidence" could there possibly be 36 years later for an incident where no sex or injuries or property damage occurred?
- How to take off my throttle position sensor? Screws stuck? I have a 1991 mercury cougar which is a part of the ford family. Forums say that the screws are glued in the factory. Is this true and I only have a screwdriver which I can't put leverage in because she it is in a tight Space. And I can't put torch in there

- How much damage does snow cause a 2011 Ford Mustang? I'm thinking about purchasing a Ford Mustang 2011 but it spent two years in New Jersey and Ohio then came to California. From car owners in the east how much does snow damage your cars?
