What are some good things to do to my 2007 Ford V6 Mustang to get some more power and performance?

I want to get more power and better performance out of my V6 and no I don't want to trade up for a V8. I inherited this car and its paid off and only has 11,000 miles on it. Not to mention sentimental value so please leave your hate for V6s for someone else. I just want to know some cost effective ways to get more out of my stang. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

Replace engine components and maybe super/turbo charge it.

Go to a speed shop then have the engine rebuilt with a supercharger and headers, go V6.

Well first you have to understand that there's hate against V6's and then there are facts about V6's! And the fact is unless you have a 2011+ V6 there's not much you can do to them to get any real amount of noticeable power without spending more than the car is worth to get any level of power that a V8 mustang would have from the start.

Change headers for sure, intake with a new exhaust system. Better Springs and sway bars for handling. BAMA tune up from American muscle. Possibly a supercharger for hp.

Upgrade the exhaust and air filters. It makes a bigger difference then you think.

  • How to make my '67 ford 352 v8 rumble more and idle more rough? So I have flowmaster super 10's on it, I've lowered the idle to about 650-700 rpm. It just doesn't sound like I want it to. I want it I sound more drag car like. More like a race engine. Is there anything I can do?
  • Will high performance spark plugs have any benefit in a non performance car? To start I have a 2002 Ford Focus ZTS with 150000 miles on it. It needs new spark-plugs, and the only two types the store has that fit my car are Autolite Platinum and Bosch Platinum IR Fusion. My question is for my car, is there any advantage to spending the extra 14$ to get the higher end spark plugs or would it just be a waste of cash?
