Thinking about what kind of vehicle i want to get?
In not sure if I want to get a old ford pick up truck or a volts wagon bug old or new or save and get a new chevy camero or ford mustang which would be better to have in missouri
Pickup trucks tend to cost less than a car because they have less glass, seats, interior panels, etc.
But they also tend to be poor mileage.
Camero or Mustang are premium price and usually poor condition because they are driven hard, for fun.
I think Volkswagen is better because they are reasonably priced, there are so many that 3rd party parts and service is available, and they are well designed to last a long time.
But they do need maintenance regularly. So if you want to forget about maintenance, get the pickup.
Buy a $400 old banger to get you from A-B for a while whilst you save and get the mustang, you'll be much prouder of that!
- Is a face lift for a vehicle a new generation for a vehicle? I heard that in 1989 Ford Ranger received a facelift but was a new generation or just a minor update that did not change the complete model of the vehicle?
- I have a Ford Ranger 4.0 and the AC doesn't blow very cool air. I want to add refrigerant for very 1st time, never have added to any vehicle? I'm using a gauge to test the pressure. With AC on max the needle moves between 25 and 45, the blue normal range. The compressor cuts on at 45 and off at 25. This happens continuously. The outside temp is 80 degrees. Not exactly understanding what I was doing, I added a little refrigerant and now the needle goes to 47 in the yellow range. Will this do any harm? Can I remove the excess refrigerant? If so, how? Is the system fully charged? If so, why isn't the air cooler?
- Thinking about putting rims on my car? I just bought a 2014 Ford Mustang. I was thinking about putting rims on it so I started doing some research and realized how bad it can be putting rims on your car like messing with your transmission and other things on your car. So my question is what size should I get and brand? I want rims but I don't want to mess with things on my car that could hurt the life spand of it and etc. Any thoughts?
