Is a mustang ok for a teen to drive in winter?

I've found a 2006 Ford Mustang GT Deluxe that I really like. I've read that mustangs do ok in the winter with snow tires and added weight. I live in the northeast where the winters can have heavy snow. I've driven in the snow before but with a parent. I just turned 16 in early July. If I drive carefully, add weight and snow tires, could I manage with a mustang in the winter?

Which would be a better buy?

In about 5 months I'm going to purchase my second car. I have 00 Mazda protege that has gave me a number of problems, so I want to get something nice for my next car. My budget is about 15-16k sticker price. The two cars I've been looking at is a 2012 Honda accord or a 2010 ford mustang. I'll be 23 by the time. MY insurance provider informed me since I had my license for 4 years my premium will be lower. Can assume if I purchase the mustang it wouldn't matter much. Which is better in?

Reliability

Mpg

Spacious (for me not the passengers)

Low cost repair

Which will last 10 or 15 years? With minimal problems?

Also if anyone has suggestions on other vehicles I will do some research and take it into consideration

Why does my 04 Ford Mustang hesitates to accelerate?

My car stars up great and the transmission seems to work perfectly. However when I hit the gas, my cars hesitates to speed up. It vibrates to shift gears if I go easy on it. If i go a little hard it pulls back and then makes the shift. I have notice that when it is hesitating to accelerate I can help him by hitting the brake just for a sec and the hit the gas.

Note; it has an automatic transmission.
Sorry if i did not explain well.

Buying 1967 Ford mustang?

I have been wanting to buy this 67 mustang for a while now. It's a project but it shouldn t be much work. I wanted to know whether to buy it or not. I'm turning 17 and have my lisense. The car has not ran in 2 years and did run then the body work is bad but I can fix it no problem. I live in Denver Colorado. Should I buy it. I have the money. But I'm not sure if it would be a good car as a first.

2003 Ford Mustang Exhaust System?

I will probably get a lot beef about this question… But here I go.
I currently have a 2003 V6 Ford Mustang. I'm not extremely familiar with cars. However, lately I've been wanting to add a exhaust system on my Mustang. I have been looking at the LoudMouth exhaust system. The problem is; all exhaust systems on 99-04 Mustangs are for GT's. I don't have a GT… I don't have the money either to buy a GT. This Mustang was given to me by a family member so I have very close ties with it. I'm a college student so pricing is a huge factor. (Another reason why the LoudMouth exhaust system is preferred) my question really consists of two parts;
1. What do I need to do/buy in order for a GT exhaust system to be compatibles
2. I'm a big fan of those Insanely loud cars (some people find it anoyying) and I want my car to be as loud as possible. If LoudMouth is not appropriate what combination can I use to achieve such loudness?
