Is anyone else growing tired of the worn out Ford Mustang?

It seems like every couple of months there's another one.
Come up with something completely new. Or bring back the Thunderbird.
The Mustang is a chick car. These cars have no soul and no life in them period.

Even the venerable Dodge and Chevy can't make a good car anymore.

Why do my rpms go up and down while idling?

I drive a 1997 ford Mustang v6, when I'm in idle the rpm guage goes up and down between 1 and the half mark. I know it's not just the guage because the engine clearly is review up and down with it. Should I take it in somewhere?

I'm not able to clear MyKey's for MyKey on my Mustang 2014

So I was playing around with the settings one day when I stumbled upon the Create the MyKey setting. I accidentally created a MyKey, not knowing what was happening or happened. I continued driving and the next day I realized that my speed limit had been set to 80 mph and my radio volume was really low. I tried resetting the MyKey but couldn't find the "Reset all MyKey's" setting. I only have one key and that key should be my admin key because when I check the MyKey settings, it shows that I only have one admin MyKey. Should I call my local Ford dealership and get help? Like I said, I only have one key! I bought the car used and they only gave me one key.

Is a 1997 mustang with 199,685 miles on it worth upgrading?

I just got my first car a few days ago. It's a 1997 ford Mustang V6 automatic. With 199,685 miles on it. It still sounds and runs great. Very responsive, and has a nice growl to it. Has a nice "get up and go" feel to it. My question is, is it worth it to put in money for interior and exterior mods due to the high mileage? Or would it be better to wait a few months ( i can set aside 500-600 a month) to get another used mustang (preferably a 1994-2000 GT v8 with less than 100k on it. They run around 2-3k around here) and upgrade that?

Squeeling coming from engine?

Bought a 1995 Ford Mustang GT a few months ago. It has 163,000 miles. The past few weeks whenever I start it up and it idles there's a squeeling sound coming from the engine bay. Once I shift it into drive and start driving it stays for maybe 10 seconds and then goes away. If I come back 10 minutes later and turn the car on the squeeling is not there anymore. I checked the belts they look fine (not wet, cracked, worn). I looked at the engine with the car running and the squeeling sounds like it is coming from a pulley in front of the alternator or pulley under the alternator. The belt is not loose either. At first the sound was faint but after a week it has become a little louder I can hear it now without putting the windows down. Sometimes it is quieter still. Even put some WD-40 to lubricate inside the pulleys and that did not work. Any idea what this might be? Does it need fixed soon?

1966 Ford Mustang V8 Conversion Using 1968 Donor?

I have a 1966 factory straight 6 manual
using 1968 v8 donor all complete.

Is this a direct interchange for the main portion of the swap? Engine and trans, power steering, brake booster, and rear end?

Looks like I need to change the bottom crossmember as the 68 seem deeper and also the engine mount brackets.

Any tips or heads up appreaciated!

Added (1). Here is a list of what I have done.
Changed 4 to 5 lug disc with v8 spindles
changed rear end to 5 lug
all disc all around

Added (2). 1968 has a c4 transmission with a neutral safety switch, not sure how to connect with the 1966 ford mustang manual body as it never had the wiring for the switch.

2008 mustang gt cam installation?

Ok so I have an 08 gt! 5 speed. Next week I will buy the ford racing hot rod cams. And when they are installed. Do I really need the bama hand held tuner to tune the car to the cams? Or can I also tune it on the dyno?
I do have a diablo sport predator hand held tuner, but where and how do I buy a custom tune for the cams? And also when I called the shop they asked if i had an sct tuner. Which I don't i have the DS TUNER…
