My 1993 Ford Mustang LX is having issues

Stupid thing switchs gears when i'm at a dead stop. It has stalled three times in the last week. The other thing, sometimes it moves after i turn it off. Not like a half inch settle either. Like a foot or more if i let it. It goes, click click click click click click. Really fast and loud. Also, it doesn't seem to want to go after a full stop. I have to give extra gas to bring the engine RPMs to nearly twice what it should be just to cross the street. Lastly, the oil gauge is two marks below being too hot.
Sorry to be describing this like I did, wish I could be more clear. Not sure if the picture will help or not.
