Is this a enforceable contract?
Mr. Munson promises to give his grandson a brand new Dodge Challenger for his birthday. On the day of his grandson's birthday, Mr. Munson gives his grandson a brand new Ford Mustang instead. The grandson is upset that his uncle has not honored his promise. If the grandson sued Mr. Munson for breach of contract, would he prevail? Why or why not?
No, since he did not give anything in exchange for the promise.
No because a promise such as stated has no consideration on the part of the grandson therefore there's no contract.
- Service contract for ford? 2012 mustang v6 27,000miles, I was offered bumper to bumper service plan which covers anything wrong with car before 100,000 miles, and includes my oil changes, they added $2,800 for this service on top of my car total. I have 30 days to cancel. Is this a good thing or bad? Do you think mustang will break down before the 100,000 miles? Should I keep it, should I get rid of it? I drive 25,000 miles a year so ill get to that 100,000 mark fast. Please can you give me opinion what I should do
