If a dealership lies to me about the work they did does that make the contract null an void?

Biought a 03 cummins from mazda ford has a death wobble at 80 mph the parts that the dealership said they changed out are the ones on the recall to which i still have the same problem.

No, but it means they did not perform their part of the contract.

Read the contract, this is important. The contract says they will do something (replace parts) and you will do something (pay them). If they don't do what they promised, then the contract says you can do something about it (not pay, or sue or go to arbitration - read what it says).

SO, if the contract says they will replace parts and the DID replace the parts, they did what they said. If the contract says they will make the car not wobble at 80 and it still does, then they didn't do what they said. It's all about what the contract says.

So, WHY are you taking a CUMMINS (DODGE/RAM truck) to a MAZDA or FORD dealership for recall work? The truck needs to go back to a DODGE dealership for any factory recalls.

Hi sorry you need to understand this car would have been sold as seen so the error is yours actually in law. A car which is over 8 years old is not covered by any sort of warranty so they are not to blame as to anything you find later when it has left there premises.
