How to remove the two heater hoses off the firewall for a 2009 ford mustang?
I have a water leak under the dash on the passenger side front seat, the water is clear and does NOT smell, so I have been told this is a clogged hose. There appears to be no clamps on these two hoses when they meet the firewall which from a look under the hood, both go to the front of the engine.
The hose that clogged is the drain and at bottom of the evaporator, not the heater hoses that you want to remove.
Stop under your car car you will find the condensate drain for you a/c it is clogged you can blow some air up through it and it might un clogged it
If you only have plain water on the floor the hose that is plugged is the AC drain hose and has nothing to do with the heater core or it's hoses. Get under the vehicle and look for the drain hose. It should be somewhere in the area by the passenger foot well.

- Heater isn't hot enough in my car, is there a way to make the heater better? I drive a 1998 Ford Taurus Wagon, the heater on it is alright but when it's 10 degrees outside it kinda sucks. Is there an actual way to make your heater hotter?
- My heater core is hot to the touch that I remove my finger after 2-3secs normal? I reasently replaced my thermostat and hose going to my thermostat. My heater core is hot to touch and I'm wondering if it's normal on a 91 Ford ranger 3.0 v6 manual? There are no leaks on passenger side
