Probably about $50 per hour. If you're talking about two wheels it would take about 3 hours. However, changing the pads and the rotor is pretty simple. You might want to look on you tube about how to do it and try it yourself.
Maybe $100. I was changing my pads and rotors from a Chilton's manual back before the internet existed. You can find detailed youtube videos now that will show you exactly how to do it. Try it.
