Have a misfire on my Ford Mustang V6 3.8 2004 ?

The misfire is on cylinder 2 & cylinder 6 I just changed all the spark plugs and all the wires not to long ago I put a new coil pack also I'm just worried I have no clue what it could be please help

Run by one of the chain auto parts stores and have them run a free diagnostic scan. They will be happy to sell you whatever parts you might need.

It is either going to be: Defective spark plug, plug wire, coil, fuel injector, or burnt valve.

Pull plugs and check gap and or check if there good or bad. I have had brand new plugs out of the box that didn't work. After that I would check all wires to the plugs, and check coil input and output. Check to make sure there are no vacuum leaks, check map sensor, check the compression on both cylinders for low compression. The cause of low compression is usually caused by a burnt or bent valve, or even a compression ring failing. Although there are more ways to diagnose your problem. This is where I would begin.
