2014 Mustang V6 Premium Front Suspension Squeak?

I've had my Mustang since January of this year, I started hearing the squeak in my front left shock about a week later. I live in the desert so I just thought it was the dry air and it needed time to adjust. About 5 months later it's gotten much worse. I brought it to the Ford dealership shop to get it fixed since I have the bumper to bumper warranty, they replaced the front left control bar. I didn't hear a single squeak until about 2 hours later when I hit my first speed bump and there it was again. Now, I brought it back again because I'm hearing the squeak on both sides, they replaced both control bars this time and about an hour later it's back again! I called back very pissed off and he said he will talk to Ford and see what is wrong. He called me back and said that it's been happening often with a few Mustangs and they are trying to build a new replacement part. Does anyone know what's really wrong with it or having the same problem?

  • Vibration/thumping in front suspension. More than likely.drivers front 2002 Ford Sport Trac Vibration/thumping. More speed, the more it vibrates, shakes, and makes the thump thump thump sound. Passenger side mirror shows no sign of movement… Drivers side mirror shakes quite a bit. No noticeable noises other than the thumping. No hard pulling to either side in steering wheel. No difference when braking. Any input would be very much appreciated!
  • Why does my ford ranger squeak when I hit bumps? Recently when I have hit bumps with my 2007 Ford ranger it has made a squeaking noise. It does not make it when I hit potholes, just little bumps. I don't hear the noise when I try to push down on the truck. Any ideas on what the noise could be, and how I could fix it?
  • Why does my ford ranger squeak/crack as i turn when still? When i turn with my foot on the brake without moving my ford ranger makes a weird cracking/squeaking noise. What is causing this noise, is it normal?
  • How to go about replacing front end suspension parts when everything os really rusty? The springs everything is really rusty. 93 Ford Ranger. 124k miles. I wouldnt otherwise. Can i replace things like control arms and ball joints before doing the springs? What about tie rods and cvs? Any idea from a seasoned mechanic would help. I know you don't have the vehicle to look at but how Would you go about replacing really rusty front end suspension parts?
