If tariffs are good for the economy, why is Ford planning to lay off workers?
They said they are losing one billion dollars.
Global Trade War
Part One
Christine Ford made them look flaky and nobody wants to buy a lemon.
Successfull capitalism relies on a larger unemployment rate than the current one. We need to lay off some people for the greater good, to be more successful than President Trump has already made us (if that's possible).
Because there's a foolish business man living in the white house that is saying he will fix what is wrong with the country. And that is what the people wanted, so here we're.
Every time I read this, I study in and find that the losses and lay offs were predicted long before Trump's horrible… Whatever thing started in motion.
Not good. It is a tax
Maybe they aren't that good. NBC reports that experts are saying the DOW average has dropped because of retaliation against Trump's tariffs.
"Dow Jones plunges 800 points as rising rates spark fears
The International Monetary Fund warned recently that global economic growth was being crimped by trade tensions and a tit-for-tat over tariffs."
The economy depends on new inventions, such as the high tech boom in computers. At one point, 100 years ago, the car was a great invention that helped make Henry Ford the mass production genius of his day. Inventors are needed to help today's economy.
Tariffs aren't good for the economy.
- Why is my fuel economy so bad? I have a 2000 ford falcon forte petrol engine, and it's fuel is still terrible, I've had a fuel service done, a fuel treatment done, even an transmission service done. The transmission service did a hell of a difference, but it's still not fixed. The diagnostic scan came up empty, ruling out any electrical problem. What can it be?
- Where the Ford production workers in Bridgend UK Which is to completely close in 2020 just. Hired-Hands? Where the "Ford" production workers in Bridgend UK Which is to completely close in 2020 just…"Hired-Hands"?
- Rebuilt Engine suppliers? Is there one that offers Lay-A-Way? We're in need of an engine for our Ford Galaxie. But can't afford a good rebuilt engine right now. Was just wondering if there's a rebuilt engine supplier that has a Lay-A-Way option. Thanks. They would also have to be willing to ship if they are not located in Indiana.
- DISCOUNTS FOR FORD WORKERS? I'm a 17 year old male looking to buy a shelby mustang. One of my relatives work for Ford so i'm looking for a discount. I was wondering what type of discount i could possibly get. Additionally how much would it cost for Insurance.
