How to get my transmission sensor off of my 2001 ford windtar?
I'm trying to replace my tr switch but there's another nut underneath the top one that the lever goes to, when I turn it it doesn't move it just shifts the gears and I don't want to strip anything any help will be appreciated thanks
And i've stripped that too before. You have to grab aholt of it with channel locks or vice grips and hold it while you take the outside nut off. You kendu it! Isn't that the trans range sensor?

I really don't want to take it into the shop and pay over $100 for it when I can buy it and replace it myself.
