Getting a extra ford key price?

I bought a used ford car (private sale) i only got one key i want another one just in case i loose this one

anyone know how much the price would be approximately

I don't really know if its changed but when my brother got one for his 02 audi a4 it was $80 and the guy said that thats how much it was for any key with a chip in it so basically anything newer than 1997 haha and he said they can go up to $120… Its probably more by now tho

  • What year cab will fit a 1996 extra cab ford ranger? So i rolled my 1996 ford ranger extra cab the other day and need to do a cab swap, i was wondering if any other year would fit the cab mounts aswell? For example will a 2000 cab work?

  • Are luxury brand cars really worth the extra money? When all the "regular" cars are so good now? Like look at the Ford Fusion - it's got anything you would want in a car with smashing good looks and quality. What reason is there to spend the extra money on a BMW? I have even seen on those Hollywood shows that a lot of celebs drive cars that aren't luxury brands, like Reese Witherspoon driving a Toyota Camry.
  • Key keeps getting stuck in the ignition? I have a 2008 Ford focus, bought the car for my daughter as a starter car for univesritys and just something instead of using the big truck. The key got stuck twice sense we got it a month ago, but it's always in the off position. When you turn off the car took the keys out to fill my car with gas then go pay for it, came back out my keys in then they wouldn't turn until a couple try's. Why is this?
