What should I get for my next car? Reliable and fuel efficiently?
Right now, I own a 2008 Honda Accord but I'm planning to trade it in and buy a new car.
Many options these days. And I have no idea what I can trust.
I love my Honda Accord, I wouldn't mind getting another one but if there's another brand out there that is similar with reliability that'd be great!
what are your thoughts on Ford fusion, Kia Optima, Subaru, Toyota, an Nissan altma?
I need something that has low maintenance car since I'm not a mechanic and affordability when it comes to fixing the car.
I also need something that has great fuel efficiency.
Car repairs are a reality. It doesn't matter if the car is brand new or 10 years old. All cars need to be maintained and they all occasionally break down.
The Ford Fusion gets high marks, So does the Hyundai Sonata (not the Optima) and the Toyota Camry. I would also consider the Mazda6. At the bottom of the list is the Nissan. Subarus are excellent cars but you'll spend more to own a Subaru (quality costs more). Use the 5 year total cost to own calculator on KBB.com to compare long term costs.
Your Honda has another 10-15 years easy. Keep it.
Your Honda is nicer than any car I have owned in my life. And I'm a 53 year old millionaire.
All the vehicles you listed are good comparable vehicles and are priced similarly.
Keep your Accord.
- What are the most reliable car brands and which ones should I avoid? I'm looking to get a used car. I have even heard about two lesser known Japanese brands, Subaru and Suzuki, but I'm a bit skeptical of Suzuki in particular. I'm honestly not a supporter of Mitsubishi and Mazda. I would not say having AWD/4WD is necessary for me. It is not very snowy where I live. The reason I said that I do not like Mazda was because it used to be partnered with Ford and I do not like American car companies. I'm not so keen on German cars.
- Should Sears and Ford HIRE Dotard McTiny as their CEO and get profitable again! If he can get Foreign Diplomats and American Lobbyists to? Pay $350.00/night to sleep in a tiny room in an old Post Office and keep it FULL and VERY PROFITABLE, don't you think that he could come up with an idea to save 40+ thousand American jobs?
- What is a good and reliable 4x4 vehicle that i would be able to get for around 3 to 3500 dollars? Something preferably kind of well knwon, like how ford had the 4.9 i6, the 7.3 diesel, the i4 they put in rangers for example I'm selling my two vehicles i have and want to put money in the bank and buy one cheap vehicle because i'm moving, where i will be living will be cold so fuel injected gasoline will be a must
- I'm in high school and about to get my first car looking for a loud, fast and good looking car So far I have looked into ford mustangs, I have a choice between a 2007 ford mustang gt with a 8 cylinder motor with automatic transmission, or I can get a 2013 mustang v6. My question is which of the two cars is a faster and louder car cause I would like to show it off and have heads turn by its engine as I drive off on the street. Thank you very much about to get my first car looking for a loud, fast and good looking car?
