Is the Ford Escape or Fusion more comfortable?

I currently have a Ford Focus and it's ok. I'm starting to out grow it though and I travel a lot and the car is also uncomfortable. I was wondering if either the Escape or Fusion is good enough for traveling? Smooth ride and comfy seats is what I'm appealing for.

It's hard to beat the Fusion. Comfy, reliable, quiet.

Most likely the Fusion.

By a taurus get 32 mpg on the road in mine and it feels like its riding on rails get a sel model
