2015 ford fusion or 2015 toyota camry? Which is a better buy and more reliable?
The problem is that i like the looks of the fusion better but in the same time i like the smooth ride of the camry! ( i never tried the fusion ride though! ) i'm confused.
Hi see this is what is meant by judging a book by it's cover. If you have never owned a Ford car you would find it fast and furious go like a rocket onto flat and down hills. However up hill is a different matter always having to change down in the gearbox. As it has no OOOMPH. Unlike the toyota better built may not look as flash but will leave the Ford behind in both hill climbs and reliability. Sadly Ford got it's sticky little fingers on two classic british makes and messed with them big time. Now neither is anything like as good as once was this was Jaguar and land rover who also make the Range Rover. They have short stroke engines like the Fusion so have been over taken many times up Hill by Toyotas like camry and land cruisers
as it Reliability Fords are made cheap and as they are cheap they go wrong a lot. Toyotas are always a better buy.
better maintenance
better reliability
better resale In any scenario, a Toyota is a better investment than a Ford.
I have known Ford owners who have been loyal to Ford for decades and I could write novels about the problems they have had. Things from air suspensions failing on countless Lincoln and Ford SUVs to transmissions failing prematurely.
When was the last time you saw a 1990's Ford on the road? Probably a while. However 1990's Toyotas are everywhere.
Fords simply don't last long enough to make it worth purchasing over a Toyota.
When it comes to resale, you'll have a hell of an easier time selling a Toyota than you would a Ford.

- Why would people buy a Toyota Hilux when they can buy a better, superior Ford Ranger? I owned a 2010 Toyota Camry and it broke down in 2011 upon reaching 0.6k miles. I treated it like a baby and it failed and disappointed me. My friend also owned a 2008 Toyota Tacoma and it failed to start in 2009 upon reaching 8k miles. And the mechanic said it was impossible to fix. However, my uncle has a 1965 Ford Falcon with over 750k miles on its clock and it still runs like new and he never even changed its oil since he bought it.
- Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, or Toyota Camry? I'm deciding between the ford fusion, Toyota Camry and Honda accord (all 2014). This might sound lame, but which car is 'cooler.' They're all similar in price and efficient for what I'm looking for. I don't really know much about cars so I'm afraid ill buy a grandma-like car.
- 2013 Ford Fusion vs Subaru Outback: Which is better on snow and more reliable? 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium AWD vs 2011 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited AWD Which is better for a 19 year old and can handle the intense Michigan winters? Both are fully loaded and have a little over 100k miles on them. Here are my top priorities, in order: 1. Reliability 2. Good on snow and ice (especially ice) 3. Low cost of ownership 4. Easy to drive for a new, young driver .Anyone wanna help me out?
- Why would people buy a Honda CR-V when they can buy a more reliable Ford Edge? A Honda CR-V may last up to 250k miles but Ford Edge has a minimum lifespan of over 500k miles or more…
