Tell me the location of the fuel filter on a petrol 2005 Mk2 Ford Focus 1.6 lx?

The car is a Mk2 new body style, I don't think the engine is a Ti-VCT, it's the engine type where the air intake from the filter box splits the inlet manifold at cylinder one and two and goes into the throttle body.
I have had a quick look under the car but can't see the fuel filter anywhere, the carbon canister which soaks up fuel tank vapours is easy to locate but the fuel filter is not in sight.
When should the Carbon canister be replaced? Also the car is using more engine oil than usual with no signs of oil under the car where its parked and is not blowing smoke out the exhaust, do you think this could be a faulty PCV valve? If so, is it a big job on this engine to replace?

What type of car should I buy? The Honda accord or Hyundai Sonata, Toyota Corolla, Or Ford Focus?

My car was totaled by a deer now I need a new one. I want a good car at a good price. I have 4 options.
1- A 2014 Honda accord 4 cyl lx new 44 miles, it has some hail damage clean tittle for $16500.
Or 2- A 2014 Hyundai Sonata with 10,000 miles for $13500.
Or 3- A 2012 Ford focus with 13,500 miles for $9900.
Or 4- a 2013 Toyota corolla with 27000 miles for $12900. I know the accord is the best deal but it is a little above budget, I was thinking about the Sonata, but is it worth stretching my budget to buy the accord. The focus is the cheapest, I'm really confused

Ford focus zetec 2001/ crank shaft?

I have a ford focus zetec 2001, it's just had MOT done and they had to replace the crank shaft, I was told that because it had been replaced it would probably only last a week but could last longer, I just wondered if anyone else had had this problem as I'm scared to use the car now, Tia

Added (1). Sorry crank shaft sensor

Car Engine light keeps coming on. Am I causing the problem?

About 4 weeks ago the engine light on my car came on and within a day it disappeared again.
Yesterday, it came back on and I think it's because of me draining the battery.

I get an hour dinner break everyday and sit in my car to have my lunch to get away from all the noise etc. And for the full hour I have the radio on (no ignition or anything else switched on) and I think this is draining my battery more than I think it is?

I drive a 2002 Ford Focus which I have never had any problems with since the day I got it. The light is onbut there's no change in performance, sound, steering etc. Although on two occasions when I've pressed the button to put my windows down it has failed me but switching the engine on/off once sorts that problem.

So I'm just wondering if I'm causing my own problem here?
