If the motor is overheating you need to first check the antifreeze level in the radiator. Run the motor for 15 minutes with the radiator cap removed from the radiator. Top up the coolant level if you have any air that comes out. Put the cap back on and drive for 20 minutes and then come back, open the hod and look for steam or coolant leaks. Repair any leaks you may find. The blower fan problem is the fan resister that's bad. It's easy to replace the fan resister. Buy one at Advance Auto. To locate the resister pack follow the wires that connect to the blower fan down under the glove box.
