Changed heater control valve AND panel and still only hot air?

Was blowing hot air out air con when switched off. So changed the valve and worked for a day then back to normal… Changed the panel (2nd known problem) and that hasn't worked?
When my engine is off… I can get cold air?
Change the setting from fresh air to recirculation then no air should come out of the event

Can't make sense of this just yet.
- Heater isn't hot enough in my car, is there a way to make the heater better? I drive a 1998 Ford Taurus Wagon, the heater on it is alright but when it's 10 degrees outside it kinda sucks. Is there an actual way to make your heater hotter?
- Solar panel on Ford E150 van JMC Tiara Package. Van came w own solar setup but its old and solar panel is tiny. Upgradn to 100w panel? Can I use the cables and solar meter etc (setup van came with) to power the renogy 100w panel? Or do I need to get bigger cables etc
- Changed ford ka heater control valve. Still blowing hot air? My car was blowing got air constantly when off or on cold dial. Iv changed the heater control valve twice and now it still blows hot but then does work at times (blows cold on cold). What now?
- How do connect the heater control panel on a ford fiesta lx? I have been trying all day to try and connect the rear of the heater control in my car, so this would be very helpful if anyone has and ideas or tips.
