Yes, you will not get the bonus.

I'm trying to figure out why you would be entitled to a bonus in the first place. To the best of my knowledge, the Motability scheme is paid for by the tax payer in the first place. Why would the person who is benefiting from program be entitled to a bonus for turning the car back in at the end of the lease. That's just a basic expectation, and not something that you should get an additional bonus (of again tax payer money) for accomplishing. But then again I don't live in the UK welfare state either.

Anyway, if the dents a bad enough to require something beyond paintless dent repair, then the car would not be considered to be in good condition. Basically if it were an ordinary lease and the dealership had to spend more than the security deposit to repair the dents, then I would not expect any kind of bonus.

The Motability policy is stated as follows:

Eligibility
When you hand back your car at the end of the lease, your dealer will take a photo and brief description of the car's condition. We know that over the course of your lease your car may show signs of wear and tear including minor scratches, dents or damage caused by wheelchairs or other mobility aids. However, if your car shows no sign of serious damage, you could be eligible for the bonus. You may still be entitled even if you have made an insurance claim or have a car on a low mileage lease extension. Please be aware if you have ended your agreement early, you will not be eligible for the bonus.

Does the damage to which refer exceed their definition of normal wear and tear? That's from them to evaluate and decide. You'll find out soon enough.

HI yes it will they will require you to pay for accident repair damage so so take it to nationwide for an estimate.
