FORD not standing behind their product?

I previously wrote about my issue with my 2012 FORD focus (transmission issue) I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGER AT FOED THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO TAKE THE TIME NOR THE MONEY TO TEAR APART MY TRANSMISSION TO FIND OUT WHAT THE INTERNAL PROBLEM WAS!

If you don't have a warranty, they're not obligated (and the transmission isn't always covered.
American car companies aren't exactly known for standing behind their products. They'd rather pay out lawsuits than fix the problems causing the issues.
If you want to know what's wrong, you'll have to pay the mechanic to do the work.
