Check the lemon law.
A) Sorry, but a 1+ year old car with almost 9,000 miles is not "still new", it's now definitely a used car. I'd guess with these troubles you'd like to get rid of it, but can't afford to because you're way upside down in your loan. That's pretty common but would be nobody's fault but your own. I'd guess that it has already depreciated a huge amount and selling it or trading it in is going to mean a big loss you'll have to make up in cash. Let me guess, you can't afford to, right? Tut-tut.
b) Presumably the "windshield tank" is actually the windshield washer tank, which can't possibly be related to the battery dying or the engine starting problem. Presumably there's a reason it had to be replaced. Perhaps you foolishly filled it with water that froze over the winter and cracked the tank. Such things happen. Manufacturing defects aren't unheard of either. If it was replaced under warranty, what are you complaining about? That's why cars have warranties because they aren't always perfect. Having to replace that tank is a very minor thing and doesn't mean you have a "lemon".
c) So, why would you keep replacing the battery if it does not solve the problem with the car dying? Was there anything actually wrong with the batteries you replaced? Were they properly tested? If yes, that would provide a clue to the problem. If not, an intelligent person would realize that something on the car was causing them to discharge, or the charging system hasn't been doing its job.
d) What tests has the car dealer maintenance shop done? Have they tested the alternator or voltage regulator? How about the starter? Have they checked to see if there's a constant discharge of the battery with the car running as well as when it is off? If so, how many amperes was the drain current? That would provide a very useful clue, but of course you are too clueless to understand, remember or repeat what the shop has told you.
e) Not knowing the exact nature of the symptoms and the troubleshooting that has taken place, we can only make guesses. My experience tells me that perhaps a light bulb in the glove box, or inside the trunk or under the hood isn't turning off when those compartments are closed. It's something you'd never notice except in a pitch-dark garage and it can make a battery go dead over night. I've had that problem before and it was hard to track down, but was an easy fix once discovered. Such things still don't mean you bought a lemon.
f) Good luck, you'll need a lot of it unless you can provide better information so we can be of more help.
Research the lemon law in your state to see if you can have the car returned.
Keep taking it to the dealer. Keep hounding the service manager. Call Ford and ask for another car.
You think that's bad - wait until the transmission blows up. These cars are junk. My wife used to work in a FORD Service Department and they made most of the Warranty money of the FOCUS.
FORD= Fix Or Repair Daily!
What's the question?
Your car should still be under factory warranty. If the local Ford dealer's service department can't fix your problem, contact the manufacturer's customer service office and talk to them. READ the owner's manual that came with the car to find contact information.

- My Ford Focus 2010 radio won't work. I Replaced the battery with a new one and now it's locked? I don't have the manual and all it says on it now is "Ford Focus". It doesn't even show the time. No matter what I press, it just stays on "Ford Focus".
- I bought a new ford focus sel hatchback with 29 miles, after 3 weeks the battery died and they replaced it with a new one. It died again? Can they trade my car for another one. I'm not gonna keep paying for a car that don't work. It has 300miles now
