How much power gain should be expected from a h.e. Coil replacement, spark plug replacement and fuel injector replacement. Ford F-150 5.0 13?

All parts being swapped from factory to performance upgrades. Wondering what you guys think will be gained from these modifications on a 2013 Ford F-150 single cab coyote 5.0 . Runs a 7.0 0-60 currently

Ignore the marketing hype from ignition coil and spark plug companies. Assuming the rest of the engine is stock, a 'stronger spark' will do nothing to improve performance.

Ditto for injectors. Unless there was something wrong with the old ones, even installing high-flow injectors on an otherwise stock engine does nothing for performance.

I'm predicting your 7.0 seconds time will remain the same…

No power gain without giving it more fuel.

You aren't going to get anymore HP by doing that. Don't put bigger injectors in it unless you put a racing cam in first. The only way you'll get any HP increase without a cam is a cat back exhaust system.

Approximately zero HP. Higher flowing injectors do nothing if the stock injectors can meet the demands of the engine. Unless you are running forced induction, they are a waste of money and will do nothing for you. Same story with aftermarket coils.
