How often should you service fuel injector flush?

My car model is 2010 Ford Focus, and the dealership told me I need to get it service. My car mileage is around 62,000 miles.

With the clean gasoline being produced now days you may never need to "flush" the injectors. 62,000 miles is way low to even be thinking it's needed. Usually over 120,000 is when injectors have problems and most of the time it's pintel wear or electrical not dirt. Spark plugs, air filter, PCV valve, and coolant drain and fill is all I'd do to the motor. Brake pads wear out around 60,000 miles so have the brakes inspected.

Read this article on rip-off services. GM does NOT recommend routine fuel injector cleaning. Only if there's a problem. Total waste of money unless you have a specific problem.

My van now has 180,000 never had it - never will.

If it doesn't say to do it in your glove compartment manual, it doesn't need to be done. Call the customer service 800 number and ask them if it needs to be done as the dealer told-you.
