2014 Ford Focus - Plastic Part in front of Mirror?
A little plastic piece on the exterior of my 2014 Ford Focus fell off. It's the triangular plastic piece that's in front of the side view mirror. I've circled it in the picture.
Take to your ford dealer and explain what happened, they should fix it for free
Take it to ford and have them fix it
Take it back to the dealer. Its under warranty. Tell them to fix it. Because its not your fault it fell off.
This is a warranty concern, take the car to ford for repair.
- My transmission has failed due to a recalled part does Ford have to replace the whole transmission or just the recalled part? I have a 2005 Ford Freestar minivan one night when I was driving home the transmission went out on it while I was on the highway. After doing some research we found that the torque converter is a recalled part on this model. If the torque converter is the reason for the transmission failure does Ford have to replace my whole transmission as well or just the torque converter?
- Ford Focus 2004 Passenger side mirror unattached? The passenger side mirror fell off, does anyone know quick ways to temporarily reattach, even in the cold? It's only holding by a few wires. Would it damage it if I were to drive it with it hanging? (Currently an average of 20 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Can anyone identify the part number of this car part please? I own a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium (1.0L Ecoboost). I have a blank toggle button in my cabin that i'm wanting to use so am in need of the button / part number
- Can you remove the plastic ignition lever/guard around the ignition lock on a 2002 Ford F150? In my 02 F150 there's a plastic sleeve thing around the ignition lock that the key fits into. Is it possible to remove this and reinstall it without breaking it? How?
