Can I buy a Ford Flex Crossover that I can drive in the uk?
I live in the UK and want to buy a Ford Flex Crossover from the UK so I can drive it here too. Is there anywhere in the UK that sells them?
Not for anything, but why? The Flex was designed, and manufactured for the North American market. Do you realize how expensive it would be to import one? Plus insurance, repairs, etc.
Best to buy a UK Ford such as the S-Max, with the steering wheel on the correct side (Flex is left hand drive only, for the US). If money, time and dealing with government bureaucrats is no object, then go ahead and import your own Flex, but it will be expensive.
- Why would people buy a Toyota Hilux when they can buy a better, superior Ford Ranger? I owned a 2010 Toyota Camry and it broke down in 2011 upon reaching 0.6k miles. I treated it like a baby and it failed and disappointed me. My friend also owned a 2008 Toyota Tacoma and it failed to start in 2009 upon reaching 8k miles. And the mechanic said it was impossible to fix. However, my uncle has a 1965 Ford Falcon with over 750k miles on its clock and it still runs like new and he never even changed its oil since he bought it.
- Where can I rent a Ford flex? I'm interested in trying it out to test it to see if it's better or more practical than a minivan. Do rental companies do hourly or half day rentals? A test drive at a dealership won't be enough to test it out.
- What suv/crossover should i get? I have to get it on a lease. And thats final. I'm 16 and i work. I don't want a little car. I like the ford edge, flex and Lincoln mkc. Any other options?
