Ford focus or ford fiesta? - 1
I currently have a 1.6 Ford focus petrol 56 plate and i want to buy a fiesta, i'm 19 and have had the car for two years never had anything go wrong on it. But i want to know…
Firstly is it worth it going from a focus to a fiesta?
And secondly if i'm gonna go for a fiesta should i go for a 1.4 petrol or look for a 1.6 petrol?
Reason i'm asking is, is the 1.4 petrol fiesta quite close to the acceleration speed of a ford focus 1.6 petrol? Because obviously a fiesta is lighter and smaller so acceleration is easier for the fiesta? A bit of a confusing question but i just want to know if its worth it going from a 1.6 petrol to a 1.4? Also want the fiesta for other reasons aswell. Just wondering!

Why would you want a smaller, noisier, less comfortable, and less powerful car than you have already. The Fiesta has very little to offer compared to the Focus.

- Ford Focus - Do you know anyone who owns this Particular Ford Focus? Do you know anyone who owns the 2011- Ford Focus 1.6 ti-vct (petrol) 105bhp version? I own this car and find that it's performance on hills is poor even allowing that it is 100kg heavier than the 1998-2004 Ford Focus. E.g. On a hill in 3rd gear with the engine at 1500-2000rpm it can struggle even when my foot is 3/4 down on the accelerator pedal. Has anyone else had this trouble or heard about it with this model?
