Waht do i need to change for efi?

I have a 1979 ford f150 i got a 351w fuel injected engine witch i want to swap in. The truck now has a 302 with carb so i wanted to crow what i would have to change? Will i just have to do the wiring?

Lets see… The fuel pump and possibly the gas tank to accommodate the fuel pump. You'll need some kind of EFI controller, which may mean a new BCM, you will also need to add an inertia switch to shut the power off to the fuel pump in a collision. It won't be a trivial job.

You will have to match the transmission and rear end geasr ratios for the horspower, torque and physical bolt up patterns. Checl to see what is recommended from the factory as to what was designed to fit the 351W. If not done right it can harm the other components.
