No brakes on 2003 Ford F150?

Replaced the master cylinder due to lack of pedal pressure, after that I have no brakes at all. I bench bled the master cylinder, and bled the brakes numerous times, still nothing.

Sounds like a air lock in the lines! Keep bleeding the brakes by starting at the right rear, go to the left rear, then go to the right front and then the left front! Just make sure the master cylinder don, t run out of brake fluid while your bleeding the brakes because if the master cylinder goes dry then it, s putting more air in the lines!

Calipers locked
try removing antilock brake system FUSE and try it

What do you mean you Bench Bled the Master Cylinder. You have to fit the complete system then Bleed starting at the Furthest wheel away so if the Master Cylinder is on the Drivers side of the engine compartment you start with the Rear Passenger then the other Rear Drivers then the Front Passenger and finally the Front Drivers. I always use an EazyBleed system that uses air pressure from the tyre.

  • Why is my 2003 ford f150 make a.squeaking noise when i turn on the ac? I have a 2003 ford f150 v6 4.2 and when I start it up the serpentine belt squeals, only for about 2 seconds then it stops. The only other time it makes that noise is when I turn on the a/c. I was told it could be the tensioner, but I don't want to just buy the part without getting other opinions.
  • Rear differential leaking, but not from seal on 2003 ford f150 aluminum driveshaft? I noticed this yesterday, it's barely leaking, however, it's not leaking from the bottom of the seal, it is leaking from where the back face of the u joint(the face that faces the rear diff) and the pinion and it looks like it's coming from a small hole, I don't know why it is leaking fluid, if anyone has any information, that would be nice, thanks
  • Is a rear wheel bearing replacment the same as the front on 2003 ford f150 xl? I'm trying to understand the concept of rear wheel bearings on my ford f150. Somehow I have confused myself and i'm not sure if a bearing install is the same in the rear as it is in the front for DIY purposes. Can anyone help elaborate on that?
  • 2003 Ford F150 Spongy brakes? Been having spongy brakes in my f150. When I say that, the pedal slowly goes to the floor at stops, have to pump brakes to get back pressure coming to stops. I've changed the master cylinder, brake booster, and bled it multiple times. Seems like they get better after bleeding, but slowly come back to being bad. Any ideas?
