Key won't unlock car door?

I have a 2007 Ford F-150. My key will start my car and unlock the passenger side door however it won't unlock the drivers side or the trunk. It's a manual so there's no key fob or remote unlock of any type. First it was just the trunk now it's the door. Not really sure what could be causing it but how could I possibly fix it without a locksmith

If the key doesn't turn, you might try some lubricant.

You couldn't be more wrong. A manual vs automatic transmission has NOTHING to do with having, or not having remote door locks.

If the key works in some locks, but not others, the problem is the lock cylinders it doesn't work in. The first thing to try would be a lubricant. If that doesn't work, it may be necessary to replace the locks.

Clean the locks with brake or electric cleaner(that says safe for paint) and/ or have a new key cut to code if that doesn't cure it. Around here lock lubes and graphite make a mess, we use CRC Brakleen
The Ford dealer can cut a key, around here you just Take your Vehicle ID number, Your ID, Title or registration.
We had thousands of Fords… Pretty common.

Spray PB Blaster penetrating oil into the lock key holes to the point you soak them down good and let it sit for a few minutes. Then heat the key with a BIC lighter and when hot push the key into the lock and let it sit for a moment. Pull the key out and repeat heating and inserting it. Then gently try twisting the key left and right with out bending the key. If it doesn't turn yet repeat the spray down and heat procedures until the lock loosens up. Take your time so the key doesn't twist and break. It's going to make a big mess since you really need to hose the lock down good with the penetrating oil. Then you may want to lube the locks every 3 months so they don't get frozen again.
