Go to the garage, they fix it for you, believe me.

Go to a mechanic. Get an alignment. While he's at it, have him use the SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED to remove the steering wheel and re-position it properly. OR:

You need a wheel alignment it'll cost a few hundred dollars

Upper lower ball joints. Tie rod ends. Front end alignment

I don't know, the first truck I ever had owned was a 1956 F100, everything was straight on that truck. I traded it for a 1965 GTO.

Yes

The last front end alignment was apparently done without the steering wheel set straight up. If the steering wheel position is the only problem, one can fix this by adjusting the tie rods the same amount of turns on each side. (Lengthen one and shorten the other the same amount)

The first thing to do is to get a good alignment shop to check that the tie-rods are correctly adjusted: that means they should be of equal length with an equal amount of screw thread showing.

It's not uncommon to find that they are of unequal length due to ham-fisted adjustments and that will leave the steering wheel off-centre.

If the wheel is still not straight after that, then you'll need to get the steering set to the dead straight ahead position, and then remove the steering wheel, taking the correct precautions to avoid detonating the airbag. The wheel is usually mounted on a splined shaft so you can then refit the wheel correctly. Before bolting it back down (you might need a new nut if it's a single-use peened version) check that the wheel is now level when driving straight ahead and make fine adjustments if necessary.

Once done, tighten and then torque the nut to manufacturer specifications, and then peen the nut using a hammer and punch. Used nuts won't torque correctly.

Take it in for a front end alignment - just to make sure there are no worn parts causing the problem - the FE guy will lock the steering straight ahead then align the wheels properly. I not worn parts should cost <100usd at a Ford dealer.

Go to an alignment specialist. You could take the steering wheel off and re-aim it and if the rest of the steering components are straight that's fine. You need to be sure
