I have a 2011 ford fusion and the steering wheel controls are not working?
I have a 2011 ford fusion and the steering wheel controls are not doing the right thing when you hit the volume or channel buttons the change to am/fm/cd also when you turn the car on it is never on the same am/fm/cd that you left it on
and when I turn the car off you get like 5 to 10 min to play the radio and now it just goes off. I need help!

I recommend taking your Fusion to a Ford Dealer and speak with a service manager. He'll be in the best position to advise you of the next steps to reach a resolution.

- What causes the steering wheel to shake when I'm not even moving? After replacing the steering rack in a 1999 Ford windstar, the steering wheel shakes violently when the vehicle is started. The steering wheel is uncontrollable and the vehicle can't be driven. The steering wheel actually moves lock to lock by itself. I've never seen anything like this.

I do love using the audio controls on the steering wheel, and i was going to go best buy to see what they can do, but i was just wondering if you can still use them, or its possible to do so, with an aftermarket stereo?
