I'm looking to buy a Used Full Size truck and need to know which one would suit me best?
I'm looking to spend around $13K and would like it to be around 100K miles. With that being said I'm around the 2004-2007 models. I'm between the Toyota Tundra, Ford F-150, and a Chevy Silverado. I would like to have a Tacoma but they are out of my price range. I would like to know which truck will run the longest with the least amount of costly repairs. I like the look of the F-150 and Silverado most, but I know that Toyota's run for a long time. Are repair costs for these cars relatively the same?
The F150 is a great choice. They are pretty cheap to fix. They aren't the most amazing on gas but, they get the job done. They are in the price range you want. They last for a long time. There's a range of different trim levels and engines to choose from.
- Aren't you amazed by the capabilities and the size of today's full-size pickup trucks? I drive a 2011 Ford Ranger XLT 4x2 with a 4.0 liter V6 (~245 ci.) engine. I was looking up the specs for early-mid 1960s F100s (considered full-size), and they have nearly the same GVWR, towing capacity, payload, horsepower, wheelbase, and height as my "compact" truck. In your opinion, do you think today's full-size trucks are amazing or too fancy/over-sized (a traditionalist like me)? P.S.: I like all American vehicles
- Out of ford, GMC, Chevy and ram which is the best in safety, interior size and reliably? I want to get a tuck for my first vehicle but don't have any family who own any and most opinions on reviews are extremely bias.
- I'm need know which Hatchback Family best selling in US? I'm like safety.best selling.save fuel? Audi A1 Chevrolet Spark Ford Fiesta Honda Fit Hyundai i20 Mazda 2 Suzuki Swift Toyota Yaris Volkswagen Polo Can you help I'm, please.
- What is a better truck mid and full size used trucks? I'm not sure of what truck to get. I won't be towing much but nice to have a bed for firewood, moving furniture etc and I like trucks. Out of these full and midsize what is a good truck to get used and reliable good on gas for a truck etc. Between the years of 2005-2009 and 2011 or newer Chevy Colorado old and new Ford f 150 Toyota Tundra old style Toyota Tacoma
