How much would it cost to put side exhaust on my f150?
I want to move the exhaust from the back to the side like the ford lighting how much would it cost
Post links of how I could learn to do it
Unless you have a TIG welder and considerable skill using it… Forget doing it yourself.
Depending on how you source parts and how friendly your neighbourhood exhaust shop is… Shouldn't be more than $500 if you are just looking at simply splitting the exhaust behind the cat (or deleting the cat if you don't have smog testing). Having two complete exhaust systems for each side from the manifold to the pipes will be more… But you might be able to just bolt it on yourself.
- Which exhaust/exhaust system would work best for my car? I own a 1970 Ford Torino (Brougham) with a 351 Cleveland engine running on stock exhaust. I want to upgrade the exhaust (I'm thinking Flowmaster) but like, does the whole exhaust system need to be done, or like half? I need your help making my baby roar lol. Please give me your best suggestions and approximate cost.

- What would happen if i put duct tape around my exhaust? Would it catch fire or just get hot and sort of melt. I have a leak and can't afford to fix it but the leak is causing headaches
- How much would it cost to get a new valve cover gasket put in? My car is leaking oil from the valve cover and it's burning on the exhaust. It smells really bad so I wanna get it fixed. I bought the new gasket about a year ago, but I don't have the time, or know how to put it in. How much can I expect to pay to have someone put the gasket in for me? Also how long of a job is it? I can't go that long without my car. It's a 2002 Ford Focus ZTS with 150000 miles on it.
